Orders & Cancellation

- Orders made through our website cannot be cancelled and there will be no refunds.
- For orders cancelled after dispatch and when in transit, shipping cost will be charged for both to and fro at actuals in case of Cash on Delivery, you will also lose your reward points.
- If you’ve cancelled your order after making a payment in advance, the same charges apply.
- If we cancel your order due to unavailability of the product, a complete refund will be provided.

Shipping & Delivery

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within business days which are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Orders above 1000 rupees will have no shipping charges.

Returns & Refunds

Our products can be exchanged ONLY if you’ve received the wrong product or if the product you’ve received is damaged or defective.
If you fall into either of these categories, you are to
1. Raise a request for return within 14 days of receiving the product and
