Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly strive to meet your expectation. However, if you are unhappy with any of our product, please let us know. We are ready to accept the return of the product by the customer, refund if required and cancel the order when needed if the following conditions are met.

 

Return, Refund

If you have change of mind after purchase you can return the product and claim for refund if the product is unopened, is within 14 days from the date of purchase and the package is untampered or unspoiled.

To do so simply contact us and return the product to our address at Fog 2D, Mount Raindrop Apartment, LN Nagar, Nehru Nagar, Kalapatti, Coimbatore 641048. Tamil Nadu, India. However, postage will be charged from the refund.

It is not possible to take back a package-opened product as we cannot resell or repack the product considering the sanctity of the product and safety of our customers.

To avoid this inconvenience, we suggest that you thoroughly read about the product information in our website like its ingredients, pricing, shipping details in our website before placing order to make sure that the product is meant for you.

 

Return, Refund/Exchange

If in case you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email at with product name, complaint details, photo/video(batch number clearly visible) of the claim(like leakage, broken, etc) within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Once all the details are received, it would take our team 3 working days to revert on the complaint/query/issue. In case exchange is approved for your complaint you will be informed of the same and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged if needed. In case of a product refund, once your request is approved the refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 days and you will be sent an email confirming the same.

We will refund the amount fully for the product with its shipping cost or issue product exchange of the same product if you need(based on the availability of the stock) or another product of your choice of same price of the original product. Please allow us a time period of one week to three weeks from the day you return your package for your exchange request to be fully processed and closed.

 

Cancellation

Orders once placed through www.inriaskincare.com cannot be cancelled and no refund will be made once the order has been successfully placed.

Shipping policy

Purchased items are shipped for warehouse in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu by reputed courier agencies.

For orders cancelled after dispatch and when in transit, or rejected ( in case of COD) shipping cost will be charged for both to and fro at actuals.
For pre-paid same will be deducted during refund process and case of COD-reward points will be deducted from the customers account.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative I.e a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.

Inria takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
